Payment & Shipping
Payment is made via a PayPal credit card or on account.
This payment option is integrated into the order process and can be selected as a payment method in addition to payment by credit card. All you need is a PayPal login, which you can also request when placing your first order.
You can pay for your order through PayPal using your credit card. On the payment details page of PayPal, simply select your credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard) as the payment source. As soon as the payment is completed, the amount will be charged to your credit card.
Purchase on account using BillPay
Thanks to BillPay, we are able to offer you "purchase on account" as a payment method, with a payment deadline of 20 days from the date of the invoice. As our service provider, BillPay looks after claims and risk management for purchases made on account. We take care of the service provider's fees for you. You do not incur any additional charges for purchases made on account.
Delivery fees are not included in the price:
- Deliveries within Switzerland: CHF 3.80
- Deliveries to EU countries: € 4.80
- Overseas deliveries: variable
- B2B: variable
From 500g shipping cost will change.
Shipping times for overseas orders can be to 3 weeks.
Returns or exchanges
Every Rubis product is individually checked by us under a magnifying glass with great care before it leaves our manufacturing works. Material or fabrication defects are therefore very rare. However, should they occur, the product can be exchanged.
Returns are only possible within 14 days after receipt of the product. Please note that we can only process your returned article when it arrives back to Rubis unused and in the original packaging and has been acquired on www.rubis.ch.
Custom-made items and products made to specification, e.g. personalized products through engraving, may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns to Rubis are undertaken at your own risk and liability. All charges for returns are at your expense. Please use the proper amount of postage in order to avoid any future postage penalties.
We can only process your returns when the returns form is completely filled out and enclosed with your package.
