Returns or exchanges

Every Rubis product is individually checked by us under a magnifying glass with great care
before it leaves our manufacturing works. Material or fabrication defects are therefore
very rare. However, should they occur, the product can be exchanged.

 

Returns are only possible within 14 days after receipt of the product. Please note that we
can only process your returned article when it arrives back to Rubis unused and in the
original packaging.

 

Custom-made items and products made to specification, e.g. personalized products
through engraving, may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns to Rubis are undertaken at your own risk and liability. All charges for returns are
at your expense. Please use the proper amount of postage in order to avoid any future
postage penalties.

 

We can only process your returns when the returns form is completely filled out and
enclosed with your package.
