"I have just recently received these tweezers. I have had Shavata and tweezerman tweezers which did the job but wanted something better. I looked on the QVC website and came across these. I have never seen these on air, which is a shame. They are brilliant, very precise, easy to hold and get the individual hair first time with no breakage. I would highly recommend."
We want the small things that accompany you daily to also be pleasurable, because they are attractive and practical, perfectly fulfill their function, are durable and lose nothing of their fine quality, even after many years.

They are neglected far too often - however, well-shaped and groomed eyebrows can have the same effect as a little facelift. They simply make you look better. And they do it naturally. Like a beautiful frame around a well-painted picture, well-defined eyebrows emphasize your good features. They make small eyes look larger and bring out deep-set eyes.
Plucking tips
Don’t rush, take everything one step at a time – you don’t need to do it all at once. The best time to pluck your eyebrows is right after showering. This is when your pores are at their widest and the hairs are easiest to remove. Make sure you have plenty of light and a comfortable work space in front of you where you can sit at ease and rest your elbows on the surface. And you’ll need a mirror. Make the most of this time for yourself, and enjoy doing something for your own well-being.
The right shape
What is the ideal distance between the eyebrows?
A maximum of 1.5 cm is enough. Do not leave too big a gap between the brows – that overemphasizes your nose.
Where should the eyebrow begin?
Ideally, the brow should begin exactly above the inside corner of your eye. You can place a makeup brush or pencil against the side of your nose and up to your eye to provide a reference line. This is where your brow should begin. Use your Rubis tweezers to pluck any hairs on the other side of the line.
How long should the brow be?
Neither too long, nor too short. Again, you can use a makeup brush or pencil to help you determine the perfect length. Make a line between your nostril and the outer corner of your eye with the brush or pencil. Where the line crosses your eyebrow, that’s where the brow should end.
Where should the highest point be?
The brow line should form an arch that rises 3/4 of its length and falls 1/4. If you’re sitting in front of a mirror and want to see where the curve of the brow should reach its highest point above the eye, the best thing to do is draw another reference line (with a brush or pencil), this time starting at the nostril and crossing the middle of the pupil. The highest point is where the line and the brow intersect. Pluck any hairs above that level.
How thick should the eyebrows be?
Your brows should suit your body type. Fine-boned people should opt for a thinner line. If you’re more of an athletic type, your brows can easily be a bit thicker.
